KBC1050-8S Curling Machine
The curing machine mainly uses abrasive brushes to sweep the interlock pavers, slabs, and blocks surface, bringing a slight gloss to the surface and making it smooth to the touch.
This process replaces the water brush process and no longer requires water to treat the surface. Therefore, this new process saves resources, does not produce sewage, is environmentally friendly, and saves costs and space.
Equipped with a pulse type dust removal system, there is no dust, and the working environment is clean and pollution-free.
It can process water brush and leather surfaces,and brush bush hammer texture,shot blasted products which makes the product surface anti fouling, moisture-proof, and anti slip.

Shot blasting machine is removing excess surface cement, the aggregate is carved, instantly transforming the cement surface into a simulated stone surface.
