Automatic cuber stacker for concrete paver blocks is suitable for semi-dry brick block pavers palletizing in block production lines, and also suitable for shot blasting curling coating machines, the cubing system can be made into online palletizing and offline palletizing, also can be made into semi-automatic palletizing or fully automatic production lines.
This automatic palletizing cuber system can separate and arrange paver blocks of different specifications produced by brick block machines of different models and brands, and finally form square stacks around 1 Meter for cross stacking. It can also automatically generate fork paver brick hole positions as needed. The maximum stacking height can reach 1400mm After the palletizing is completed, it is output by a heavy-duty chain or slat type conveyor, which can be manually packed or matched with an automatic strapping machine.
